I had some work done today and was confused about some things that happened... Jose explained in detail what was done. My car is running so much better than it ever has before because he took the time to do a thorough inspection and replaced some hoses that I had no idea were bad. I took it in to fix a small oil leak and came out with a car that runs like new! I would not take my Audi anywhere else in Los Angeles. Thanks Jose.

Each and every time, Jose exceeded my expectations (if that's even possible) by going above and beyond the call of duty; whether it be fitting me in his schedule with an emergency repair; finishing sizable jobs before the time promised; or taking the time to talk to me or my extended warranty company for what seems like 30 minutes (unheard of in the auto repair industry). The facility is very clean and Jose's service technicians are just as friendly as he is. His parts inventory is large and he uses only Audi OEM supplies. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, and reliable Audi mechanic, look no further. Bring your Audi here once, and you will never take your Audi anywhere else again.
The best Audi Service Around!! - 5 Star Rating - World class - By jimmy s. Not sure where to start. I have a 2005 Audi S4 and bought it used and still had warranty left, but also extended it till 75k. I did bring it to this Audi dealer in SM and had it inspected for anything wrong, which they did, I thought they did. 2 months later battery light goes on and brought it to a local Audi service here in Culver City, Euro-Tech Mortors, as it turns out, there were more problems that the Audi dealer have missed. These problems were obvious to any mechanic and the dealer has ignored it to avoid spending money on their end. Obvious problems: Upper Link arm both damaged Valve Cover gasket 4 damaged Serpentine belt ( alternator) Need a new alternator damaged Cost with labor $2,550 Extended warranty will be paying for all of it. Talking to Jose, he actually gave me the run down and pointed me to every details that were missed and could of been fixed at the Dealer when I first bought it to them, but ignored it. I am so glad I met Jose and will be telling everyone who has an Audi to take it to him and you will be so pleased. New or Used he is certified to service all Audis. Also to this note, he use to work for Audi!! Not trying to sell you his service, check it yourself. I did my homework before I took it to Jose and you should too. good luck!
